I love this app alot. Tons of workout for free and its perfect for monthly exercise challenges. You can select beginner, intermediate and advanced. There are also seasonal workouts and yoga exercises for stress, depression, to quit smoking, menstration, aging, glowing skin amongst others. There are video tutorials alongside the poses as well and relaxing background music with a timer. Best of all its free, and the ads do not interupt your workout.

This app is amazing, I have been using it since 1 year, and recommended it to a few of my friends even though they are also using it. When you enter to do an exercise it asks you to watch a video other than that it never disturbs just like "YouTube, 3 Ads in just one video." Go for this app. Area wise yoga as well as body condition wise, sun salutations available and beginners to advanced level too with proper video to practice.

I've done yoga poses when I was just 8 years old together with my mom, and siblings through a professional yoga guru so I am not a newbie. However it has been years since then, and I am starting again. I find this app totally cool and amazing as I begun again tonight. Love the options offered on this app, depending on your level... i'm currently mixing the Power yoga and the 30 days weight loss challenge ... hmmm it leaves me breathless, sweating like nobody's business... I feel great afterwards, like i've done a proper workout. And most of the programs are free

It's totally FREE. Any other yoga apps asks me to pay for unlocking some sessions but this app is totally free and it has different categories for beginners, intermediate and advanced. Also some poses to relieve stress, different yoga styles, and workouts also. Simply love this app

I love it! please don't change anything unless it's adding more it's perfect! The yoga sessions are easy to follow and most of it's free if not all, I'm getting back Into yoga and this app is amazing!
