OMG this app is amazing. This has all the things that a course that is worth 1.5 lakhs or maybe more than that. 1st is beginner that is 8weeks. Then 2nd intermediate (8weeks) then Muay thai advanced (8weeks). And like that there are more. If u do and follow it till the last. U will be a professional Muay thai martial artist.Plus it has nutrition tab also where it tells you what unhave you should eat according to it.Daily diet for 2years or something like that is there.I am so amazed download it.

I love this app. I have the free version and it includes a meal plan for the month (veggie meal plan included), a shopping list according to the meal plan, a calorie counter, and of course the workout plan. The free version includes the beginner and intermediate course, both lasting eight weeks. The workouts are very doable and improve technique and stamina. Besides the two courses you can do daily challenges to further improve strength, technique and stamina as well as flexibility.

This is a great program. I use it combined with my regular do karate in the garage. They have video of every exercise as it's performed. Use a mirror to check yours. Excellent variety of exercises. It covers just about every strike and block. I use my floor bag to actually carry out the strikes and face up on the blocks. The progression is spot on. At 47 it was perfect for me. Watch a few ads for a great program? I'll take it. Strongly recommend

IMPORTANT TO NOTE The simple fact that I'm writing a review means something, I usually do the star rating and that's it. OMG I hadn't trained in years and after day one I love it this app. Being someone who has experience I still started at beginner and really worked on form and not so much on the power of the strikes. I have my son doing it with me now and we can't wait for tomorrow's training session.

Brilliant app, spent years in Thailand training. However after returning to UK, I suffered with depression for a number of years and completely lost all fitness. Now I've found this I've got no excuses to slowly rebuild my fitness level. Fantastic thank you 🙏 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🙏

THIS APP IS GOOD 👍👍👍👍👍👍 I was in my car waiting for my dad and then I said why not look at that app for a little bit I saw a elbow hit I tried it on the head of the seat it almost broke the seat 😅😅😅 good app I recommend it for beginners 😀👍
